About the Role

AutoHub is hiring a Vehicle Inspection Operations Supervisor. This role is responsible for supervising vehicle inspection operations, validating inspection reports, and ensuring consistent quality standards. The Operations Supervisor works closely with inspectors and clients to deliver accurate reports and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, audit, approve, and send vehicle inspection reports to clients.
• Communicate with customers to clearly explain inspection findings and the overall condition of vehicles.
• Supervise vehicle inspectors, monitor their performance, and continuously improve inspection processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspectors to ensure workflow efficiency and quality standards.
• Prepare monthly and periodic performance and operations reports.
• Use Microsoft Excel to prepare, analyze, and manage reports.
• Oversee inspection tools and equipment, ensure they are updated, and train inspectors on proper usage.
• Communicate professionally in both Arabic and English.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle inspection or a similar technical field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 7,000, depending on experience.
• Monthly commissions.
